The Pre-Qualification Process with Pardee Homes is a better way to purchase your new home. And pre-qualifying with Pardee Home Loans is the first step.
Pardee Homes informs us that as part of their Pre-Qualification Process, prior to purchasing your new Pardee Home at the Neighborhood that interests you, you must complete the Loan Application and be pre-qualified with Pardee Home Loans ("PHL").
Instructions:
1.
Locate the community you are interested in on the Locate Consultant page.
2.
Click the link to the Home Mortgage Consultant's web site.
3.
Click the blue Start Now link.
4.
Fill out the application online. Select Pre-Approval on the first page of the application.
5.
Complete the application online and submit it to your Home Mortgage Consultant.
6.
Your Home Mortgage Consultant will receive email notification and then will contact you to discuss your application and where you are in the homebuying process.
