Pardee Homes informs us that in order to remain on their BuyingSmart Homebuyers List (the "Homebuyers List") for the Community that interests you (identified below), you must complete a simple Credit Review with Pardee Home Loans ("PHL"). Completing this Credit Review does not bind you to use any particular lender. Please open the above document, print, complete and sign.

When completed please fax back to the Home Mortgage Consultant (HMC) assigned to the community you're interested in; you can find your HMC on this website by opening up the bar "Locate Consultant." After faxing in the two page Credit Consent documents you will be notified via mail, email or phone. Please allow one week for confirmation once you have completed the Credit Review Process.

Lastly, you will need to contact the sales staff at the community you're interested in to verify your position on the homebuyers’ list; Pardee Home Loans does not manage the homebuyers’ list.
